Oxana Malaya was found in Ukraine as a feral child in 1991. At that time she was 8 years old and was abandoned by her alcholic parents. She lived in a dog kennel behind her house and was cared for by the dogs. She then learned their behaviours and mannerism. Oxana’s lack of exposure to language makes it difficult for her to grasp normal human social and emotional skills.
