Resident Evil Extinction is the third and final installment of the Resident Evil series, the sequel to Resident Evil Apocalypse. Based on the horror video game series, Resident Evil Extinction is set on the harsh desert and adapts several plot elements from Resident Evil Veronica with several characters and creatures from it. It is currently slated for a US release of September 21, 2007.
