A interesting look into how camera lenses for DSLR cameras are actually made. The whole process takes 6 weeks where it starts from the cutting of a special selected optical glass using a diamond blade and then drilled. After the lenses are shaped, an optician would ensure that the lenses are perfect for its barrow.

An almost exact replica of Tifa’s fight scene in the Advent Children movie taken from Korean pop star Ivy’s latest music video, Sonata of Temptation. The only difference is that Tifa ends up winning unlike that of the movie and the music doesn’t really suit the fight.

A demonstration of how useful Google Earth is with 3D models. The City of Berlin has just release over 44,000 3D model buildings of the city. Some of the buildings such as the parliament are modeled in great detail where even the interior is even modeled.

Disney animators sometimes reuses their animation where this is shown in this exact same dance from Robin Hood between Little John and Lady Cluck and The Jungle Book between Baloo and King Louie. Well it does save project costs and not many people would probably noticed the reuse in animation too.
