1. She had hello kitty socks in a style usually reserved for 3 year olds. 2, Her weird robot like turns further enforce the idea she is cheaper to operate then a traffic signal

A person is probably much more efficient than a traffic light with a weight/magnetic sensor (at least in a greedy sense). I hate waiting at a red and nobody else is coming.
