i live in the uk (england ) if the owner of the slaughter house lived in the uk he would have been imprisoned for cruelty along with the slaughter men.

WE have found this footage to be royally disturbing-
not simply because these bovines are killed- but HOW they are first tortured and then left to die miserably. WE have no problem with eating meat either, nor are we fatasses, but we DEFINATELY disagree with INHUMANE slaughter. To put it plainly, there are other ways to skin a cow.

i used to be vegan, but now im back to eating meat because of weakness. however, i agree. liking meat is no excuse to torture animals, especially if slaughter can be done in a humane way. people who run slaughterhouses like this are sadists.

Working as a slaughter myself, i must say this video really shocked me. In Norway, all animals must be unconsious(Shot with a boltgun(cattle), electric shock in the head for 3 sec.(sheep), gas-sedated(pigs/chics)) BEFORE their throats get cut over and hang up. If the local vets had seen this video, the place had been shut down prompte.

I see a lot of you say you like meat but animals should be slaughtered humanely.
This can be done but you know why it isn’t? Because properly stunning an animal without torturing it before you kill it and without scaring the crap out of it takes time and slows down the production line which means less money for the company….. So all this pain and sufering and brutality and torture because humans are just too damn greedy.
Ever imagined what it must feel like to have your arm cut off?
Ever imagined what it would feel like to be hanged upside down with a hook in your guts and have your skin pulled off?
So it’s not the eating of the meat which is wrong, it is the complete immorality and apathy of the companies who make that meat. Wake up and be resposnible consumers.

By the way the only one who can help these animals and prevent this from happening is the vet. If the vet is not paid to keep his mouth shut and properly repoted these things, they wouldn’t happen.
I only hope that what Oa, who claims to be a slughterer, says is true because then it would mean that there are still some, very few slaughterhouses that do it humanely.
As a vet student I have a lot of data that shows that this doesn’t happen only in america but in every single country.
