Every since I have been a fan of contortionism[which has been for many years now], I have also been a big fan of Kristina Kireeva. She is not only beautiful but she is quite flexible and amazing to watch.

Wow big deal ! When Kristina does the front split and side split its the same level as my male martial art instructor which I have seen on many occassions which is not surprising and I have also had the experience of doing it. However the only unique thing that I find is the flexibility of her upper body such as bending backwards after doing split. But despite the number of occassions that Kristina practices there is a guarantee that she will be able to do split as her age increases but when she reaches a certain age at about 25 she will no longer have the flexibility of the upper body even though she keeps on practicing which will make her the same as we martial artists.
